The curvature of the tube is the specialisation of the Doncoc metallic carpentry in Momo, in the province of Novara. The company has a good range of machinery consisting of a dozen units, which allows it to bend round tubular from 6d to 76d as well as other square and rectangular sections; of manual machineries and five automatic numerical control machines, suitable for siding with a wide radius up to a diameter of 60mm. Carpentry equipment and processing

The materials that the laboratory bends, mainly, are iron both cold and hot, stainless steel aisi 304 and 316 as well as special alloys, such as titanium, copper and brass. As regards aluminium, in particular, curvatures are also carried out on extruded sections according to drawing.

Among the equipment available to perform these tube bending processes, there are over 150 dies of various diameters and sections to satisfy the most varied requirements. In this way, it is possible to produce thousands of items, both in sampling quantities and in several thousand pieces, always respecting the customer's specifications, following their designs and even inventing some products.

Finally, the laboratory specialises in “in recovery” products, that are very complex, only possible thanks to the use of machines with a right and left bending direction, with certain production devices.

Carpentry Sectors

The sectors using our bent products are the most varied:

detail and furnishing accessories, bathroom furniture, taps, details for complex thermal cooling systems;
details for cleaning products, machinery discharges;
details for electrical systems, tools and games;
exhibitors, furnishing accessories for shops, offices, bars and restaurants, tools for the disabled.

If necessary, the laboratory is able to use your own equipment and adapt it to your machinery, producing or helping you to produce items in the case of obsolete or other production plant.
