- Adige TS 72 automatic line for straight cutting up to ø 102mm
- Automatic gradual cutting of the tubes with Pedrazzoli Horizon H 105 up to ø 150 and 130x130
- Cutting of aluminum tubes and profiles, trimming on inclined and reviving pieces
- Semiautomatic bending up to ø 42 with right and left bending direction
- CNC bending up to ø 80mm also with thrust
- Bending able to realize curves and counter-curves on the same continuous part
- Ring bender up to ø 60mm
- Pipes up to ø 30mm
- Tube shredders
- Machines for grinding flat and round tubes
- Lathe, milling cutter, milling tools for tooling and special processing
- Drills and drilling machines of various sizes and types
- Hydraulic press
- Eccentric presses (Trance) up to 120 T with automatic feed
- 1 Panasonic AV 006 welding robot
- 1 Panasonic VR 006 welding robot with slide up to 3m and coaxial positioners with possibility of welding aluminum in double pulsed arc and TIG in iron and stainless steel
- MIG welding machines of various powers
- TIG welding machines
- Oxide-acetylenic welding
- Conventional painting, chrome and zinc plating, assembly area equipped with screwdrivers and riveting tools.
